本案榮獲 Rome Design Awards 2025 金獎，是一處為退休生活量身打造的居所設計。設計核心並非追求張揚的科技感，而是回到「科技如何與生活平行共存」的本質命題——讓機能隱身、秩序浮現，讓空間成為支持日常而非主導生活的存在。
透過金屬、石材與光源的精準配置，設計團隊重新詮釋現代退休宅的樣貌：理性卻不冷感，科技卻保有溫度，在細節中累積安定感。
This project has been awarded the Gold Prize at the Rome Design Awards 2025, recognizing a residence thoughtfully tailored for retirement living. Rather than pursuing an overtly high-tech aesthetic, the design returns to a more essential question: how technology can coexist in parallel with everyday life—where functionality recedes into the background, order quietly emerges, and space exists to support daily living rather than dominate it.
Through the precise orchestration of metal, stone, and lighting, the design team reinterprets the contemporary retirement home: rational yet never cold, technologically advanced yet imbued with warmth. A sense of calm and stability is built not through grand gestures, but through carefully considered details that gently accumulate over time.
